[at-l] NOC or Fontana Car Drop

I am planning a hike from Glassmine Gap near Rainbow Springs Campground to 
either the NOC or Fontana Dam in May. Does someone know if it is permissible 
to drop a car at either Fontana or the NOC? I've left a car at the 
Backcountry Info Board so I'm familiar with that one.  Thanks in advance!
