[at-l] Cheap Esbit fuel???

OK..so there are three fuels?

Esbit, TriOx and Hexamine?  No wonder I'm confused.
I went to the MPI homepage but they don't say what esbit tabs are made of.
They do sat they are compleatly harmless but that's it....
