[at-l] Bigzoo

I used freeway for my hike but they were a pain (had to listen to adds to
get free long distance time) and no longer work from payphones so give them
a pass.

Now, I use bigzoo even from home. Can be a pain at times, especially in the
evenings when the toll free number can sometimes be busy. I usually get
through with only a couple of tries though. I think it's worth it.

Read the fine print though... the 2.9 cents a minute rate adds a $.75/month
fee. Still reasonable though.

If I were hiking this year, I would use bigzoo.
