[at-l] nasa



As I understand it, it is a composite -- as one might assume.  How else
would one get a picture of all sides of a sphere?

If you are talking about the lights in the Atlantic a tad west of Spain,
check out the Azores and Madeira, on a globe.  If east of the Carolinians,
how about Bermuda?

I have never seen the lights of the US from this height and therefore so
much at once, but I have seen some major portions from well above commercial
flight elevations and this picture looks very realistic to me.
