[at-l] Happy Holidays

We too got trail related presents - I bought Jim "Along the Wyoming CDT" a  
photo-journal of the trail and he bought me, "Along the Montana-Idaho CDT" 
-- this without prior discussion.  Great minds think alike, I guess.  (One 
year we each bought the other a fleece balaclava, and another year we each 
bought the other fleece pants.  It's scary sometimes ;-)I also ended up with 
a David Meunch AT calendar - very nice!

I hope this holiday was all you hoped - or at least without any major 
disasters.  Our minor disaster -- a broken hot water pipe -- will be fixed 
tomorrow.  In the meantime, we just pretend we're sitting next to a 
waterfall and ignore the question of "Where is that water going?"  The joys 
of apartment life!
