Some of the shelters still have them. I remember some didn't, though. The 
ones that did I found annoying, because it was a limiting factor they need 
not have put in there. We could have easily fit another person in...a few 
more people, at least...if the strips weren't there. Ice Water Springs 
Shelter didn't have the strips, but, other than that, I don't remember which 
had them and which didn't. I think they should take them out of ALL of them.
