[at-l] Scapple

I am curious, how many of ya'll have ever eaten scrapple?  I don't think I have ever eaten souse.  Chainsaw, I have heard of souse, but I cannot remember what it is.  Is it the same as headcheese?  Plodder



PS -- we also ate scrapple and souse.
