I am interested in experiencing the trail however
I have severe arthiritis in my knee and ankle. I am currently looking for short walks as part of an excersise/rehab program to avoid surgery. Do you have any suggestions? I love Hiking and want to make it a life long hobby. Your suggestions are very welcome.
