Yeah, well that's just TFB that the actual landowners
and local residents would, as you say, "fix the game"
by vigorously opposing the proposed taking of their
land by the Federal government. It's just so...so...
undemocratic of them, and as we all know in these
enlightened times, majority whim trumps property rights.
