Wrong!!! People have been climbing, hiking, and all the other outdoor things, 
by themselves long before cell phones were ever thought of! Climbing using 
ALL the PROPER TECHNIQUES, will not and does not GUARANTEE a climber will not 
fall.
You could sit at home and be safe. No you want, a plane could crash into your 
home.
