The side walk Kodak Indians in Sioux head dress, the large casino over the 
old trout stream, the exploitation of the few families that avoided the 
Trail of Tears, and more. As bad as Gatlingburg can be, it is at least self 
inflicted. Cherokee is just too much of a bummer to me. If you go, try to 
see Unto these Hills, the Lodge, and businesses and museums of the Cherokee 
nation. Just avoid the crap.
