	Thanks for the kind words.  And the real thanks go to Rosie, not
WF. She spent uncounted hours compiling/writing and thousand$ of her own
money to have the book printed.  Heaven only knows whether she'll make it
all back.  We should promote it all we can.  I think it's worth buying.
