Yes, you can get a thing at Radio Shack or Best Buy (those kind of places)
that plug into your phone jack, and into your computer, and basically it
send the phone signal across the room through a LASER.... just kidding...
not really a laser, but some sort of radio-type wave. We had one at my
house. I'll warn you, though, that it REALLY slows down your connection!!
