 A coupleof years ago I bought something from A&H and when I found it didn't meet my needs and tried to return it, they wanted (and took) a 20% restocking fee. I pointed out that they never mentioned this when I placed the order.  It does state that on the invoice, but of course I didn't see the invoice until after I had purchased the product.  They were uncompromising, and I told myself I would never give them my business again.
