Then there is always the private menu habenero sauce I found in a small
Mexican restaurant, listed as Ha-Ha Hot Sauce. I too late realized why
when all I could say after the first bite was Ha, Ha...
Thank goodness for milk...
On a trail-related note, a cheap, light way to carry small quantities of
sauces is in a recycled nasal-spray bottle; one might want to explain to
mealmates that the original contents were dumped before the bottle began
its' culinary incarnation...
