[pct-l] Surprise packages

I "think" the packages would eventually get returned to the sender if no
one picked them up. Maybe not? Every resupply point probably has a
different procedure for unclaimed packages. I remember hearing someones
story about how they didn't make one of their resupply points and a year
later their package was mailed back to them.  

I've been mailing mostly light things that hikers can take with them,
reading material they can burn as they read and a few "heavy" items that
they can eat when they get their package.
