[pct-l] Snow at Wahtum Lake

Forest Service reports snow blocking road about 7/10 mile
from Wahtum Lake.  Contractor hired to completely reconstruct
the PCT in Hatfield (Columbia) Wilderness met with snow too
deep at Wahtum Lake for his mules and couldn't even find the 
trail.  Wahtum Lake is about 3750'.

Last weekend there was no snow near Ramona Falls at 3450'.
