Their customer service does leave something to be desired. They lost my
address and phone number when I sent it to be cleaned for example. But
their bags are works of art.
If you take care of them, they should last a looooooooooong time. FF
Bags are one of the few pieces of expensive gear that I think is actually
worth the money. I am singing hosanahs about my Hummingbird with a
Dryloft shell. Used it for five months straight, and it still lofts up
well. Should give me many years of faithful service.
