[pct-l] Why are there so many Bear, and mountian lion worriers?

Hey all
I'm from up here in the wilds of Alaska and most of us have to deal with
bears, wolverines, and crazy moose everyday in the backcountry.  I don't
know why so many people on trails in the lower 48 worry so much over these
animals when they are in such low numbers down there, and if people only
knew how shy they really are , except for moose at least.  YOu just have to
train you mind to accept them, would you rather they not be sharing your
wilderness.  I have met up with grizzlies in the backcountry up here in
Alaska and it is a very wild and beautiful thing, your tension is up but if
you know theyre ways you will learn how they react to interaction with them.
Give all us animals a chance on every trail people.
