[pct-l] ice axe question and the rest

To those who replied to my questions about this summer's hike, thank you. 

I have gone ahead and ordered ice axe, crampons, bag, tent, the works. 

I am thrilled about this summer's hike. The ice and snow add a new
dimension to it.

Who sells bear-proof (or should it be "bear-resistant"?) canisters?
