[pct-l] About them Bear Cans

I keep hearing about these bear cans, but still am not convinced that they
are my solution.  On the east coast, we simply hang our food in a tree.  I
know the grizz on the west coast might be smarter than the average bear, but
why wouldn't hanging my food in a tree work here too?
