[pct-l] La Nina

hi all

as for the La Nina weather predictions for this winter I saw a map that had
predicted changes from normal.  Southern CA was supposed to be drier than
normal; all of OR, WA and northern CA were supposed to be wetter than
normal; and if I remember right all 3 states were supposed to be colder than
usual this winter.  Looking at those predictions I'd have to say Washington
is going to have one heck of a snowpack!  :-)

We'll see what happens.
