Ted, fuel is a no biggy on the PCT.  Joy and I used an MSR XGKIIwith the
22 oz bottle.  we could go for 14 days on that fuel if we were cautious. 
But fuel was plentiful. most places had hiker boxes with fuel, or the
hikers chipped in to buy a bottle of fuel.  some places sold fuel for
about 10 cents an oz.  I wouldn't worry, we always had more fuel available
than we could use.
