A close friend just sent this:
So, the weather suddenly changed. Temps dropped by atleast 15 degrees.
Snow in local mtns yesterday and today (3000 ft). Hail in san diego. Thunder
and lighting today.
Sounded like my '82 start. First day out in wind-driven rain and snow in the
Lagunas. Yuckies.
