[pct-l] PCT-L [re;breakfast bore]

Tired of oatmeal and grits tried a new drink--Equal parts of instant
breakfast,hot chocolate,powdered milk,Weiders protein powder,and malted
milk powder.Added to water,shook up and set overnite by my sleeping bag
for quick "breakfast in bed.
  This was pre-mixed at home but is heavy if you have more than 6 days
worth but I LIKE IT !!!
