[pct-l] Capped Water Pipes

Thanks for posting the water info, Brick.

I do have a question. When you write that the pipes are capped off, does
that mean with a screwed-on cap? or that the pipe ends have been soldered
or other wise permanently closed?

I ask because, in the old days, the rule of thumb was to always carry a
pair of pliers, since all the water was capped off, and you needed the
pliers to unscrew the cap.
