[pct-l] Canister Fuel Sizes

If you used an 8oz can solo, you'd never have to ship any of them. We could 
get c. 28 boils for 2 people out of an 8oz can. That was based on heating up 
c. 0.9L of water to gentle boil, but no simmering, and only ever using the 
stove on 25-50% power (where it's _much_ more efficient).

We could have bought canisters at:

1) Start - KOP/San Diego
2) Idyllwild
3) Big Bear
4) Agua Dulce (via LA and the wonderful Saufley-mobiles)
5) VVR
6) Mammoth
7) S.LTahoe
8) Ashland
9) Sisters (if outfitters store is still open)
10) Stehekin

Bear in mind, if you can't get a canister but you can get heet then its 
pretty easy to make an alcohol stove to keep you going for a few days/weeks.
