Christmas trees are grown like a crop. If you don't feel guilty about
consuming corn, you shouldn't feel guilty about consuming a Christmas Tree.

What you should feel guilty about is lying to your innocent, impressionable,
wide-eyed kids about Santa Claus, Tooth Fairy and all other forms of
imaginary friends. "Hmmm, mom and dad lied about Santa, what else did they
lie about?"
