[pct-l] PCT food and lodging guide updated

I was in Tehachapi last night and, on the basis of the Best on the Crest guide, we had dinner at Las Palmas. I agree with all the positive comments and we enjoyed the great food and good service. Thanks for the info, David. (Oh,  the guide might indicate that they do have traditional combo plates for the less adventurous.)
