[pct-l] Tai Chi & the PCT - hiking works too

My cured by hiking story; I herniated a disk in my upper spine kayaking the
killer kern in too low water in august of a low melt year, and suffered pain
and numbness and tingling in my arm & fingers for about a year.....I then
hiked from Tuolomne Mdws to Pauite Pass, when I turned off trail at the
wonderful san joaquin to climb the pass, I felt a major SNAP in the problem
area and have never felt the pain again.
