[pct-l] reporting lost hiker

The only time I use meters is when I'm calling in artillery or air strikes
on'em.... ;o)

Subject: [pct-l] reporting lost hiker

I had to use those services this past summer. Simply have him call "911" or
the local "search and rescue". They'll take it from there. ANY law
enforcement agency can/will take a report and then pass it to the most
appropriate agency.

But, I am sure he'll have no need to use the information :)
