[pct-l] Frogg Toggs

I have used Frogg Toggs for weekend length trips for a few years. I, like the
others who posted before me, have mixed feelings about them. They are waterproof
and they are light, but the design is very bad. The elastic will soak up quite a
bit of water in a long rain storm, and the hood does not keep the water from our
face and therefore down the front of your shirt.

With that said, I think they are durrable enough for a thru-hike, and they are
cheap, and they do keep the bulk of the rain off you. The real bummer is that with
some simple design changes they could be a very good option.
