[pct-l] Insensitive Ogre Foot Syndrome

Yup. Mine was caused by a tendency to suffer from Morton's Neuroma (you can
google that term). The feeling came back after a few weeks (maybe a couple of
months). I have really high arches which (without adequate arch support) puts a
lot of pressure on the metatarsals; I got custom orthotics to support the arch
and take some of the pressure off. Haven't tried them yet on a long hike so I
don't know how successful it will be. Might be useful to you, or it might not.
