[BULK] - [pct-l] BearVault status in a portion of SEKI



There are permanent back country bear boxes at the Kearsarge Lakes, 
Charlotte Lake, and in Vidette Meadow(2 spots). Probably would be a good 
idea to utilize these in light of recent incidents. I don't know of any in 
the Rae Lakes area.
