have the best pepperoni all with a long shelf life w/o  refrigeration.
Have you ever tried to make your own goat cheese. Here is a true goat  story
   
Mutt & Jeff were Cave exploring. The came upon a hole in the  ground. Jeff 
told Mutt to drop a rock down and see if we can hear it hit bottom,  They both 
bent over and listen and no sound of rock hitting bottom. Jeff  said see that 
two by four throw that down and see what happens. They  both knelled down to 
hear if it would hit bottom, just as they knelled over  a goat jump over their 
heads right down in to the hole.
 
They listen for a few moments when a farmer come over and asked if they  seem 
his goat tied to a two by four

Can  someone recommends a good cheese for packing that will last 2 or 3  days?
