[pct-l] hiker sighting in Ashland

Ran into Skywalker and Liv in the Ashland Outdoor Store yesterday. Very 
nice Belgian couple (they refer to themselves as "European"). They had 
just bailed out of Crater Lake NP due to deep, pervasive snow, and were 
feeling pretty discouraged. This morning, I gave them a lift to Hwy 140 
near Fish Lake. They're going sobo back to Siskiyou Summit above 
Ashland, and then are going to skip down to Castella, where they'll 
continue sobo to Old Station.
