[pct-l] Wildernes Pass for PCT in Yosemite area

half of the reservations are reserved for walk ups, and early september may
not be too busy. I walked in right before the permit office closed (right
by the trailhead) and got one for that trailhead (lyell canyon sobo) no
probs in late June.
