[pct-l] Bear Cannisters in the North Cascades

The rangers that I've every spoken to about this have always been annoyed  
about people who sleep with their food because it teaches bears that a tent is a 
 possible food source.  So even people who do not sleep with their food can  
be bothered by a bear that learns that.  Sleeping with your food has always  
been a no-no in my book...
