[pct-l] re-entry question ~~ again...



Just do it! I've done it twice (all before 9-11). If he has all of the 
documents (passport, etc.), what is the problem? The chances of there being 
anybody to ask for papers is pretty low.

Technically, I don't believe there is any "legal" way to do it because there 
is no "port of entry" on the PCT.

So, if you are really worried, go to the border, do not cross into Canada, 
and turn around and go south.
