[pct-l] bugs in Oregon?

Take your chances. I've seen it buggy early and late. Normally, the bugs are
worst just after snow melt. That normally means early July. But, some years
it is still terrible at the middle of August. This year? We've been having
lots of rain. much more than normal for May.

Not too much help. Bring DEET!
