[pct-l] snow in August



Back in 1978 there was still snow on the 4th of July.  Mammonth shut
down only because people weren't coming, not because of lack of snow.  I
personally feel that it would be good to wait until August for the
Sierras, not any sooner.  July is ok for the San Gabriels. I agree with
Trail90.

Well you'd think so but at this point wouldn't take any bets you
wouldn't
find some snow up on Baden-Powell "somewhere"
