[pct-l] bad data on Sierra snow?



Like many of you, I've been tracking Sierra snow levels based in part
on the Upper Tyndall Creek sensor, because it is high and close to
Forester pass.

So here's something to factor in:  the sensor is either producing
FAULTY DATA, has been MODIFIED somehow from previous years, or BOTH.

I base this conclusion on the plots at:

Can anyone think of another explanation for the last graph???
