[pct-l] Pacific Crest defined?

I didn't even put the Diamond Bar thing together with you, Greg!
That's just too funny...
 
 
But now that you mentioned it.....

I'm not even sure how much an idea of an alternate approach to KM from
the PCT would be accepted by re-thru-hikers.
 
I have, however, always played with the idea of hiking Vista to Chino
Hills along that first coastal ridgeline. For those of us who
cannot/would not interrupt their lives for a PCT thru-hike may find such
a mini-thru-hike attractive. And the city lights camp sites would
awesome, especially enjoyed over an oilcan!

Oh, GREAT!  My wife is just going to sh!t when she sees all of the
hikers camped in our front yard (in Diamond Bar)!  Announcing the new
Ironhorse Canyon Hiker Oasis!
