[pct-l] First Hiker

Saw my first hiker in Big Bear Lake yesterday. I gave Highlander a ride from 
town out to Couger Crest Trailhead. He told me that he had attempted Fuller 
Ridge and was not able to handle it, but there were three other guys who 
pushed on through (he told me their names, I'm sorry I don't recall what 
they are). Since he had a limited amount of time on his visa he was going to 
be skipping some sections.
