Hi Aaron Well I'm not an expert, just a section hiker and a want a be thru hiker. There is a whole lot of info out there. A good place to start is the PCTA and of course this list. A lot of great people to pick their brains here. Check Yogi's hand book too it a great tool. Do You know about the kick off the end of April. You need to check out this site

Hi Bill, maybe I did not phrase it correctly, my 1 mile a day is how much I walk nowadays in prep for a hike like this. I can go 15 - 20 miles per day, no problem, on this hike, just want to get the facts from experts like you. A
