[pct-l] Re: go-lite presentation



Yep, he was pretty impressed with himself.  I'm not 
sure if he was serious about it, but he seemed to take 
one of my comments to heart --- after the presentation, 
I asked him if he would consider making the hoods on 
windshirts and rain jackets big enough to accommodate 
pony tails.  Many female (and male) hikers have long 
hair that requires a pony tail.  As soon as you put 
your hair up and then put on the hood of a jacket, the 
pony tail pulls the hood back to the middle of your head.  
 
Yeah, you people without long hair may think this is a 
minor issue, but I'm telling you that it determines 
which rain coat I purchase.

The only time I heard him, it took every once of effort to not leave...my mother would have been.
