Let's not forget, when you leave the trail at Etna Summit, the Etna Brewing Company.  My husband's favorite is their national award winning, Porter.

And, though it has an unusual taste until you have your second and get use to it, their root beer is a delight. So very different than the general root beer from stores. This is the 'old fashion' way and most enjoyable.
