Aloha Pat/All!

I used Frogg Toggs the whole of the AT and absolutely loved them.  Have already purchased a new pair for this year's PCT hike.  Lightweight, water and wind proof -- hard to beat.  As for breathable... nothing is if you're hiking in it!  One word of warning, they are paper (Tyvek?) so don't feel the need to sit right next to the campfire!
