[pct-l] Single source JMT thruhike

I spoke with the ranger who mans the phone at the Tuolumne Backcountry 
Office.  He told me that they no longer use Whitney Zone stamps, but to have 
the ranger annotate Mount Whitney as an intermediate destination on the 
permit when I pick it up.  I'm planning to exit further south at Horseshoe 
Meadows.
