Hi all,
I'm planning a 2005 thru hike, and I was wondering if anyone had brilliant
ideas about birth control.  I use the ring, which requires refrigeration (or
at the very least reasonably cool temperatures) while it is being stored.  I
will need a new one every 3 weeks.  I have someone at home who can ship them
to me as needed (and store them in the fridge up till shipping) but from
there, I can't figure out how to keep them cool.
Suggestions?
